The energy service company purchased Wyoming company, Delta Wye
DULUTH, Minnesota– (May 1, 2024) – Wescom, Inc., an American energy service company, announces today the acquisition of Wyoming-based electrical company, Delta Wye. With this acquisition, Wescom now has five offices and shops in five different states in a continued pursuit to Energizing America.

Delta Wye is an electric company based out of Gillette, Wyoming. They specialize in residential, industrial, commercial, mining and overhead power. Wescom will aid in these efforts by adding in their own expertise and expansive clientele in the region and surrounding areas. Wescom will continue to offer these services to Delta Wye’s existing clients and will look to expand their current client list.
