At Wescom, we put safety at the forefront of everything that we do! As a reminder of our safety culture, Wescom created the WINS program – Wescom Invests Non-Stop in Safety. It is a commitment to our clients, employees and families of our employees, that we all strive to go home safe at the end of each day.
With safety as a core value, we are able to see results both in the field and within our organization. This year, Wescom was acknowledged by the North Dakota Safety Council with the “Workplace Safety Merit Award.” Several other Wescom employees were awarded with a “Safe Driver Award” as a result of their safe driving habits throughout 2020.
