Wescom started May by exceeding expectations of a local Northern Minnesota client during their annual shutdown where we completed (3) projects during a (1) week shutdown. With over 4,000 Wescom hours associated to these projects, our Duluth team worked steadily 24 hour days using multiple crews proving our dedication to the operations of this facility. Again we were reminded and saw what sets us apart from other electrical and automation contractors. At Wescom, our staff understands the correlation between our different divisions and what it means to work together as a team. We had electricians, automation specialists, prefab technicians, panel shop technicians…even our Human Resource Manager, Safety Director, and our Owner/CEO all participating in this project. Many of our employees have worked in other divisions, further allowing them to understand the complexity of automating a facility and the need for operations to get back up and running. Our team continues to remain flexible and pushing each other towards other opportunities within and outside of Wescom, practice urgency by getting projects done on time and accountability by ensuring the project is done right.
