FLEXIBILITY
This is a key attribute of all Wescom employees! Over the past month our crews have been busy all across the country. With work in North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico….our crews all must remain flexible and dedicated to our clients and their operations.
What is being flexible? It is utilizing your skillsets across multiple divisions at Wescom to support our operations and client needs. It means that Scott Johnson, our Panel Shop Coordinator, is excited and willing to travel across the Midwest to assist with automation/instrumentation projects. Or perhaps Jeremy Stolp (pictured below), one of our Owners, currently being out in the field to support an equipment retrofit project for an important client. It could also be Joel Bush or Andrew Paulson, both Automation Specialists, volunteering to be imbedded technicians at a client out of town for months on end. And the list continues…
One thing is certain, you will not find a more dedicated and passionate team committed to our goal in Energizing America than Wescom!
